It retells The Goal more fully, adds a software example, and spells out the kinds of confidence verification needs.
   • Chapter 3: The dev lifecycle3.1 SparkNow lists tools for turning an idea into a prototype.
   • 3.3.2 BuildNow outlines building efficiently, doing verification well, and where agents run.
