Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Fabrica Systems LLC (“Fabrica”) operates fabricahq.com and the documentation sites for its tools at code-rules.fabricahq.com and release-planner.fabricahq.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit these websites or contact us.

Information we use

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use them to send a confirmation and respond to your inquiry. Please don’t include passwords or other sensitive information.

Our hosting and security providers also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the sites. We use submission records and hashed IP addresses and email addresses to limit spam and avoid duplicate messages.

If the form is labeled as a demo, it simulates sending and does not submit your message.

Services that help us run the site

GitHub Pages hosts these websites. Amazon Web Services processes live form submissions and sends emails. Google Workspace handles our email inbox and replies.

The live form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals, including your IP address, to check for bots. Its Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains how it handles that information. You can email hello@fabricahq.com instead of using the form.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly pages load. When you view a page, it records the page address, the site that linked you here, your browser, operating system, and device type, your approximate country, and page load timings. It does not use cookies, browser storage, or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy explains how Cloudflare handles that information.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people and our services.

Cookies and browser storage

We save your light, dark, or system theme preference in your browser’s local storage. Our analytics do not use cookies or browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on these sites, and we do not sell personal information.

Keeping information

We keep correspondence as needed to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Temporary delivery and spam-prevention records expire automatically; deletion from backups and provider systems may take longer.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared with us by emailing hello@fabricahq.com. We may need to verify your identity. Your rights depend on where you live, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Policy updates

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
